EAOT

From last tutorial I was recommended to look into Brisseaux's artwork since his style for the artwork I'm going for, for the Magazine matches mine.

A few more research was made, such as exploring the fashion industry in other musical genres, exploring Lady Gaga's conceptual fashion, Billie Eillish's baggy style amongst a few others such as the different usage of fashion in the music industry.

A few other book were explored but nothing really interesting was obtained from them.

At first I was going for a very Swiss design look with the spreads. Here's a spread, whereby the history of jeans was explored. Since it belongs in the past, the design of this page was made to have a Vintage Appeal.

Since this page talks about Jeans, the images used were turned black and white with only the Jeans having a blue design and outline over it. The rest of each graphic was made according to the album overs and artwork available of each artist to try and represent their style through the artwork.

The choice for the fonts were also changed, 'Isabel' for the paragraphs since it looks more like a Magazine's font, and 'Round Pop' for the Headines since it has this very energetic and popular music feel to it.

The lines in the back helps elevated the design while also creating a better relation with music since it's in the form of waves.

Photonovel

At this point all the images for the photonovel has been taken.

Some of the portrait shots were inspired by Platon and the way he using close-up, angles and the depth of field.

Of course I didn't have a sharp macro lens as his but the angles and so on were easy to replicate with my Nikon P900.

For some images the shutter was adjusted in a manner such as there won't be any motion except for the desired elements to add a bit more details and make the composition more interesting and mysterious.

I also tried a couple of abstract shots for the section where the Mad Arab was to go through the ethereal realms.
