We had a sharing session with Dhan Illiana who's a multi-disciplinary designer here in Malaysia where she showed us one of her work and explained to us how she did an attempt to sort of engage with her audience by giving them a short story along with some instruction in between.

She also told us how people don't take design seriously and that as a designer you often have to educate them about the concept you've implemented in their designs and in some occasions where their suggestions in terms of color or whatever might affect the meaning of the whole piece. She also gave us tips on how to price our work as a freelancer. I found these details extremely useful as a starter kit within my brain.
