This time we had to design a chair for Covid with the proper shield and it had to be flat pack as well, so I did the following.

There's no annotation as such with this one since I found it too hard to achieve and I gave up on trying to make it work, what I was trying was to come up with an aesthetic design that is also functionable.

I came up with the following ideas at first but then we change our direction.

Now we would aim old people who goes to the park. Our aim was to make it a secure way for them to interact among themselves without risking getting the infection and furthermore promoting safe communication.

There's the clean sketches at the end

Therefore I came up with this idea.

Our location would be a park since it's where most elder's spend their time. There's a communication interface with a touch screen, that can allow you to call other booths or create a group call of the booths so as to promote mass communication but safely during Covid. All is made available since the elders are not so used to using QR codes and smart phones. The power flex fitting will be used to allow a strong and easy to fold mechanism. The shield can be removed for further use after Covid and for safe keeping. The booth can be folded for later purposes.
