I actually had a hard time thinking about the envisioned piece, trying to think of a spiritual item that can be used to represent the data from the previous piece.

I did some research on meditation items and so on, I found the following:

Crystals were often used to improve one's focus. There's also a lot of cushions that appeared and a form of brass device that was supposed to produce a calming sound when it's being hit.

However, I saw no way how the following could be used in the envisioned piece.

Then I reminded myself of the use of prayer beads in prayers both on the christian side and the muslim side, and if I'm not mistaken they have it in the jewish side as well.

Therefore I came with this idea where there will be beans of different colors and sort of spikes and from there I will ask people how they feel and in which category they fall into (meditate, atheis, prayer...) and they'll have to plot the beans in the right section. The color of the beans will represent their level of satisfaction with their lives.

This was obviously an extremely under developed idea so I had to explore further and come up with a stronger idea.

I did further research and found that the following element can be used and transformed into an idea:

We have here some old vase that was used as incense burner, more crystals, some natural incense made with spices and the muslim prayer hat....idk how's that called honestly......

From there I developed the following ideas:

It might not be so readable so I'm gonna go through each of them individually.

This one was inspired from the muslim hat, there's two development of the same idea here. The first one is very basic where the hat will have different colors and the bigger section of it which from my survey were those who prays, will have a typo saying "We have a Group" to express the support that they have as a religion. Then on the lower section where there are the kundalini and those who meditate, those who still have some insecurities regarding their practices, it will be written "We don't". By this mean the piece will display the information from the previous work but will also have an explanation to why this is the case. I would actually be glad that this project could be also used as a mean to encourage those who meditate mostly in their practice, since those who prays seems to be doing well.

The second development is that exact same idea however it is inspired from the more detailed hats, which has some geometrical shapes in it and the bigger geometries would actually help in creating the hierarchy in this piece.

The following is the second idea, it is based on holybooks. It will actually be a basic book binded and everything and it's actually the colors that will displays the numbers from the survey.

Since it sounded boring to me myself I decided that it could also comprises of a few typography with quotes to support either those who prays or those who meditate or whatever. Each typo will be found in their dedicated pages.

This one was inspired from the use of candles. I've actually learnt how to melt candles and die them in different colors so I do believe that I can do this one. Again each candles will represent a level of satisfaction with one's life and they'll have to plot it in the appropriate section, making it an interactive piece.

I also developed this idea, now using incense, the natural dried incense made out of spices. So it will be the same thing just instead of candle I'll used these handmade incense.

This idea might however require a bowl of some sort to keep the incense. basically the more prominent colors will reveal the truth.

My reviews at this point was that the ideas were interesting but there were no actually technique applied to it so I had to find a skill that I can actually try and develop, something more technical.
