I did a mind map to sort of find myself within this vast topic. I wrote down some questions as always some thoughts on the positives and negatives, then added the things that relate to me (red bubbles).

I did write down my wider context so as to sort of have a record of where I started before narrowing it down. The highlighted part are the important points. I was later told in the tutorial that the wider context has to be formal so I'll have to write it down again while adding a few facts in there and not just my opinions.

This is my final approach to the topic, I'll narrow it down to a comparison between teenager who are within an adapting phase and adults who has enough experience on life. The aim will be to test whether these factors based on spirituality does work and thereby evaluating it's importance in a person's life and at what age as well.

And finally this is my plan:

to find answers to these question through online resources and to maybe consult specialists, practitioners, skeptics, student and adults. part will be executed as a survey while others will be in the form of an interview.

At the end my lecturer told me to target those between 15 to at least 35, since the age of 25, the young adults has usually just started working and are still getting used to this new lifestyle, they might be still within this adapting phase till the age of 35.

Then he suggested that I consult some monks here in Malaysia, which I find very challenging but I guess I'll do it... xD

He also told me to change the secondary research into my research questions and he told me to come up with various more research questions based on all these points I've mentioned, start generating the questions for the surveys and questionnaires and only then decide which ones required a secondary research.

Of course I also have to plan my approach to each individual I want to reach especially the skeptics since it will be hard to identify them from the mass.
