We had an activity where we had to find a Kickstarter project that inspires us.

I found this Kickstarter project which somewhat relates to my values of helping people in society using empathy and art. I believe that they have narrated the story in such a wonderful manner. It gave me insight into how I could start some of my personal projects. I believe that with time within this semester my vision is getting clearer about what I'd like to achieve with design.

Here's my planning for the Critical Context. I have some research that I was doing for other parts of the project that I eventually didn't use. Thus, I planned to put it down at these sections of the Critical Context.

Here's the 2nd draft for the Critical Context.

This is the brainstorming I did to find a possible topic for the proposal. I tried to make sure that every one of them is within the same field I expressed in my SOI and I tried to think of the outcomes and research methods. The orange highlights are the approachable concepts that I have. Cuz I have a lot of unapproachable concepts such as the one about prostitutes. It is interesting to think about it, but it might not be the easiest project to research on and while approaching the required people for the interviews they may have adverse responses.

Then there's a blue highlighted which I didn't think about the research methods nor the outcomes since I had found many projects like this one while researching about my topic for the critical context.

Then this is my Draft 1 for the Proposal since I was way more interested in this idea and had already started looking into it.

Finally, for my external brief, I wanted to do something related to branding, packaging, graphics for a product mostly. The others were interesting areas I'd like to explore but it may not be my field that much.

The lecturer actually recommended me to go with a competition since he says it might be hard to work on a client project at this point in life.
