Since the client didn't like the colour, I decided to look in this direction first.

I started searching for bright, bold orange colours on Pinterest and I came across this image which I believe has the perfect orange. It is a somewhat reddish orange which can somehow relate to Chinese as well.

I of course changed the colour of the logo and the boards but I decided to continue working on the logo, especially the icon at the end.

As my lecturer mentioned, the icon of the logo looks too pointy, so I soften the icon as shown. However, a new comment was given regarding the colour of the droplet which looks too much like oil and can create some confusion. And that's why I actually tried different variations, with blue, and simply without a fill colour.

Eventually, these were the final boards for the brand identity. The yellow was kept as part of the brand identity despite it wasn't being used within the logo, just to add some contrast within the website.

This was the wireframe to creating the website.

And this was the very first design on Adobe XD before switching to Wix to finalize the design.

On Wix however, a different scaling had to be applied since it doesn't follow the same as Adobe XD.
