Proposal Draft 3



Very simple for the 3rd draft. I simply did some research and added some citations that made sure to emphasize on the need for such a project in Malaysia.


I made sure that my intent was clear, that I wanted to promote safe sex while education the high schoolers mostly about safe sex.


Critical Context Stage 2



For now, I've simply this planning of the flow of the content of the project. My lecturer however suggested that I look back into it and reviewed the different groups and the different contents.


External Brief



Well...... I've explored many different competitions that are taking place at this moment. I found a few interesting ones such as the Michrohome 2021, the Last Genocide Memorial, the D&D Awards and so on. However, I was insecure to participate in some of them since they were either based on product design or architecture.



Here's a competition which is also a client brief we were given by the school itself. Since the meeting with the client was organized by the school itself, it was of course much clearer in terms of what they were expecting of us.


The aim is basically to create a brand identity with a new name, a new copywriting and a wix website for this new organization. They said they are totally independent of JK Nutrition but they have a partnership together.


When asked about their values, they simply said that they consider the colour of the fish as their most important priority. But there's actually a process of ingesting the fish with the nutritious oil to make them more healthy when alive and, more tender and tasty when cooked. Eventually, the other part of the fish gains more vitamins and more effective medicinal qualities in addition to that.



At first, I started with what the guest told us. Focusing on the colour of the fish. It was quite hard to come up with a concept at this point.


However, as you can see from the notes in the Miro board, I decided to forget the value and focus more on making it engaging, using good copywriting and an interesting website UI.


But eventually, a few days after, I got the idea of creating the copywriting based on the people who will depend on the vitamins from the fish. There are a few people who have certain sicknesses and might require these vitamins. Thus, adding the idea of empathy to the brand identity as I mentioned from my Critical Context and SOI.
