We had a brief on typography, then we were given some lettering to interpret by illustrations.
The first one was a sort of comic font, that’s why I did the kid, the second was a really messy font and of course that’s why I related it to the rebellious, the third was a calligraphy, really curvy that’s why the woman with the delicate shapes, the rest were all simple sans serif like font, but still the had a different feel each for example the first one was really boring, the second was more like those we see when we read a book and the last was bold so I felt like a bossy character would fit it well.
Then we had another brief on how to use Adobe Illustrator and we were showed a few examples of typography with a concept behind them and we were asked to create one of our own.
So, I did this one, Dematerialization which represent letterings losing their shape which to me represent our final journey to fade into the ether.
